DeFi Risk OS is an educational platform providing learning content about decentralized finance (DeFi), cryptocurrencies and risk management.

Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets („MiCA“):

• MB Kripto Bite is NOT a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under the MiCA regulation.
• We do not carry out any crypto-asset transactions on behalf of users.
• We do not hold or manage users' crypto-assets or funds.
• We do not provide crypto-asset services as defined in the MiCA regulation.

• MB Kripto Bite may receive a commission for referrals made through these links.
• This does not affect the objectivity of the educational content — our content's purpose is education, not sales.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
